Canceling your subscription is pretty easy.

Cancel subscription from Google Play Store

1. From your phone, open up Google Play store. (You must be logged in to the same account you used to subscribe).
2. Click the menu on your top left corner then click on "My apps & games".
3. From the top tabs, choose "Subscriptions".
4. Choose "Image to Text".
5. This will take you to the app page. Click "Manage Subscriptions".
6. Click Cancel.

If you don't have an Android device handy, you may cancel your ImageToText subscription by following these steps:

1. Go to https://play.google.com/store/account (Note: you need to be logged in to the same account you used to subscribe to the service)
2. Under Subscriptions, look for the app you want to unsubscribe from.
3. Click Cancel subscription.

If you still need help cancelling your subscription, please open a support ticket and provide us with your Order ID. You can find your Order ID in your email. It is a 16-letter/digit ID that looks like this (GPA.####-####-####-####). Please note that due to security reasons, we won't be able to cancel your subscription or make a refund without the Order ID. Learn more about our refund policy.

How to retrieve your Order Number?

You can normally find the order number easily on your email. However, if somehow this email got deleted, here is how to retrieve the number:

1. Go to Google Payment Center.
2. On the left sidebar, click on Subscriptions and services.
3. Look for Image to Text and then click Manage.
4. Under Transactions, click View Transactions.
5. Click on any of the purchases you have.
6. You will find the Transaction ID on the right sidebar.

Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.
